In this section you would check all positions that would apply to what positions you would be interested in – There are often positions available in the pharmacy and floral departments- if you are interested, go speak with management in store

Step 3 – Section 3 – What hours would best fit your schedule?

Check the box or boxes that would best apply to your schedule

Step 4 – Section 4 – Position Desired –

Check one- Full time/part time/either

Step 5 – Section 5 – What days are you available? –

Circle each day of the week that you would be available for work

Step 6 – Section 6 – Submit Application-

Take this printed application to your local Shoprite and speak with management about the next steps appropriate to acquiring a position
